How can I shop?

If you would like to place an order via our Instagram simply click on the link on our story to purchase the item of your choice! If the item is no longer available, it may have already sold out.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking via email. Both order and shipping confirmations will be sent to you via email as soon as they become available. Be sure to check your inbox for these notifications. If you have not received these updates, please make sure to check your spam.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note international shipping rates do apply and if shipping outside the USA, duties & taxes are not included. 

Do you guarantee authenticity?

We stand behind the authenticity of every product we list and sell. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with authentic designer labels at a discount. 

What is your return policy?

All orders are FINAL SALE. 

There's an issue with my order, can you help?

We do our very best to ensure your purchase is everything you anticipated. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can rectify any questions or concerns.

An item I wanted sold out! What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an item sells out, it's no longer available. If you are looking for an item in particular, reach out to our team and we will try our best to source it. Always keep an eye out for restocks.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales taxes will only be charged on orders that are shipped to New York. Other states will not incur any sales tax at this time.
