Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
